This is a service specifically designed for Small Business's who recognise that either through lack of in house expertise or rapid growth, find their Computing environment inadequate and unreliable.
It is a three step no obligation process to properly ascertain your current situation, recommend solutions and implement your requirements. At no stage is there an obligation to continue, all findings and recommendations are yours to keep or seek other solution providers.
Step 1. On site Audit ( $165 ex gst )
An engineer will visit your location and inspect your Network, Computers and Internet Connection. Your current ( or lack of ) backup and security procedures etc.
The review will also give us important information regarding the amount of data on your systems and your business processes. The intention is to gather enough information to correctly size and fit an appropriately integrated and maintainable network environment for your Business.
Step 2. Produce a list of recommendations and implementation plans. ( $165 ex gst )
Using the knowledge gained during the site visit produce a list of recommendations. Depending on your systems and business practises an environment will be designed that address's one or more of the following issues:

Internet Speed and Security

Selective and secure sharing of Data

Backup procedures for Systems and Data.

Backup strategies for Desktop Computers and Laptop Users.

Email, Group-ware and CRM Systems.

Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam measures.

Step 3.
This will most likely be a combination of products and services seen elsewhere on this website. A common solution it will involve a mix of services and products in order to rejuvination an existing Network.
A typical quotation will be between $660 to $1650 for a Support Pack. Should a Server be required, we recommend HP. A small ML110 Server that includes onsite hardware support costs less than $2000.
