There are two main rates, the "Specialist" rate and a new lower cost "PC" rate.  Cost savings where clients pre-pay hours in "Support Packs" are passed on as additional discounts.

CyberPro Support rates effective 1st July 2006.  Prices are excluding gst.

Casual Support Rates ( 30 Minute Blocks ):

$875 / Day  - General PC Work ( Windows workstations only )

$165 / Hour - Specialist ( Unix, Linux, Firewall, Microsoft Server )

$210 / Hour - Specialist After Hours ( 6pm to Midnight )

$330 / Hour - Specialist Premium ( Midnight to Dawn, Weekends, Holidays )

Prepaid Support Packs ( 15 Minute Blocks ):

• 10 Hours  $1650   ( Renewals receive a bonus half hour  )
• 20 Hours  $3300   ( Renewals receive a bonus two hours )

Special rates are available for regular Administration days or to fill in whilst key employees are on annual leave.

Onsite Support is performed with the following additional terms:

• A Flat "Callout" Fee of 1 Hour ( to cover travel time and parking ) is charged.
• Some additional travel time may be charged if your site is outside the Metropolitan area.
• Emergency ( After Hours ) minimum charge two hours ( plus "Callout" if applicable ).
