Sometimes when trying to open MYOB Premier or MYOB Accounting/Plus the message 'No more than 10 data files in the same folder can be used at one time' appears and prevents you from opening your program.  This is caused by lock' files after an improper exit of myob.The following link from the MYOB site describes a fix for this.
