Network Printers have various ways of configuring network settings. Some tricks and default settings for different printers are below.
Tally 8000 series
The default administrator username is "admin".
The default password is "sysadm".
In order to reset all network settings via the console on a Tally 8306 or similar...Switch off the printer. Then switch it back on while pressing and holding the tray button.
After 10 seconds or so you can depress and navigate through the menu buttons to set things up, then you can access via the Web interface.
HP Laserjet 4050 and Most Brother MFC's
Default admin password is "access".
