Some users, when they upgrade from office 2003 to office 2007 come across some errors relating to old dll files still being in use, having not been removed or replaced correctly during the upgrade process.

This may assist those people having problems using mail merge on word 2007 after upgrading from office 2003.

 A small dll file that needs to be registered over the old one, simply place this into

start > run

and hopefully word will be registered and able to mail merge correctly.

Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll

 This is only one thing but hopefully will assist some people, i've come across the issue only a handful of times so far.
