The Business

North Shore Speech Therapy are a team of dedicated speech therapists working in clinics across Sydney’s North Shore.  They take a holistic and evidence-based approach to tailor treatment to children, their family and their circumstances. Their enthusiastic teamwork with families to find the right strategies to achieve life-changing outcomes.

With their team working across three clinics and making visits to over 20 day care and schools locally, having the right tools for their team is extremely important.

The Problem

The North Shore Speech Therapy team were facing a challenge with their existing phone infrastructure not offering the flexibility and scalability they needed.  With their team working across various locations, they found themselves relying on personal mobile phones and plans to make and receive their work calls.

The Solution

When CyberPro was engaged to help North Shore Speech Therapy, they performed a thorough review of their requirements and quickly identified an opportunity to move them to a cloud VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone solution.

The CyberPro team designed and installed the 3CX system.  Training sessions were provided to ensure the team got up to speed on how to best use their new phones.  With so many features on offer within 3CX including call queues, CRM integration, reporting and statistics, the training was very important.

The team at North Shore Speech Therapy found the phone system gave them significant savings as it allowed unlimited mobile, PC and Laptop extensions using the zero-cost 3CX app.

The Result

By implementing CyberPro’s recommended phone solution, North Shore Speech Therapy is enjoying the flexibility of having access to their work phone system wherever they go. 

The ability to make and receive calls via the 3CX app on a mobile phone was a huge improvement to the team.  While staff in the consulting rooms were able to use the traditional phone handset, the option of using either an internet browser or the app on mobile phone was a major perk to the business.  This also meant staff were able to make mobile calls without using their own private number.

As the North Shore Speech Therapy business continues to grow, the 3CX PABX is able to grow with them with minimal effort or expense.  Generally speaking, adding another extension comes at zero cost.
